Our Ab Initio specialists have unparalleled experience in delivering and designing basic and advanced training curricula. With unique exposure to British, American, Middle-and Far -Eastern training systems, our experts have consulted for international companies including Lockheed Martin and British Aerospace and Engineering. Their extensive experience as ab-initio and lead in fighter instructors are complimented by academic backgrounds in Human Factors and Mechanical Engineering. Our instructors hold the highest qualifications as class A1 or equivalent instructors in their respective services.
Our fighter specialists have minimal 20 years of experience each in combat training and operations. The main platforms flown include Tornado, F18, Typhoon, SU27, and Gripen. They obtained the highest qualification as Fighter Weapon instructors or equivalent in their respective air forces and hold degrees in engineering, finance and flight testing obtained from various recognised schools. They also have experience as project officers on new acquisition programs. Their vast and deep experience sets a platform enabling them to advise and train on all aspects of fighter operations.
The helicopter specialists each have 30 years of experience in utility and combat operations. Following an exciting career as a fighter pilot, our chief test fight specialist completed his Class 1 Test Pilot course in England in 2000. During his 20+ years of testing experience, he worked on various clearance, upgrade, development, and acceptance programs on new fighter aircraft, weapons, avionics, and engines. He has held the position of chief test pilot and chief test pilot instructor at various international institutions and is a recognised authority on all fixed-wing test flight aspects.
